The Kitchen Table Collective is a unique organization aimed to support the growth and development of Black Creatives through a multi tiered personalized curriculum. We educate our members through a series of workshops, retreats, lectures and courses. In our programs, creatives work in peer collaboration and mentorship to analyze the practice, process and performance aspects of their creative desires. Together we create safe spaces that honor Black bodies and bolster visibility of Black Creatives through a supportive community and exposure. With the aim of recognizing and addressing internal oppression we seek to heal its effects on the creative discipline of dance making.
